Flex Plan allows you to operate on
a “pay as you go” system. |

by giving you a price list or “menu”
of our services. We guarantee the
prices for a full year. During the
year we will call you at predetermined
intervals and you make the decisions
based on the current condition of
the carpet. You will already know
the prices and you can balance current
needs with your available budget. |

be the right answer where usage levels
are an unknown factor or budget constraints
preclude the Annual Maintenance Program. |
